About

I am a writer born in Denver, Colorado. I recently moved to Temecula, CA, where I live with my wife and daughter. In addition to financial topics, I have written and published fiction, articles and essays on topics like mental health, disabilities, and social justice.  I earned my bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from National University, and I hold an interdisciplinary master’s degree in writing and business administration, summa cum laude, from Western New Mexico University. 

I am currently an AVP, Long-Format Editiorial Writer for Citizens Bank. Prior to Citizens, I was a freelance writer for four years. I previously held positions at top investment firms like Janus Capital and Charles Schwab, writing and supervising world-class financial marketing communications. I also produce and license instrumental and electronic music and musical scores. I play guitar, piano/keyboard, and the occasional didgeradoo. When not in my studio, I enjoy powerlifting, reading, and spending time with my family.
